i think another gal had the same problem. its because the carpeting.
i dont remember how it was resolved but i think they suggested having someone help you and stand on the base of it while you do it so it squishes the carpet down already so when u get on it .. ur not the one squishin the carpet and go flying -

the main pole room.. after one coat.I didnt get any more after that. She had to go get the kids and I had to go to Mandatory Fun with teh hubs.
Oddly and sadly enough.. yesterday was the first day i actually cried about it. Felt good to get it out really. I guess a part of me was trying to be strong for heather cuz i knew if i cried infront of her shed start crying too =\
so when the hubs went to go get his hair cut yesterday i pretty much lost it.We also had a pep talk that day by a man in a wheelchair. ^^ I’m hoping hes goodluck and that this does work and we do push through.

well technically no =\ we were on a month to month lease with the old management. so yea the old management would of let us make up for the shitty summer because hell, right when school got back in we had so many girls that wanted to take classes and parties .. but nooo~~ this guy actually came into the studio.. DURING a class.. to hand an eviction notice saying we had to be out by the 14th or 15th.. .. the paper was marked the 8th.. but gave it to us on the 11th.. ???? wtf??? and then i guess his daughter in law talked to him and was like "they have classes going? you cant do that" so then he ‘let us’ have till the end of the month. and even as were in there working (taking down mirrors ect) girls have came to ask about classes =(
what sucks even MORE.. since we’ve been there, we’ve been on the list for one of the downstairs rooms.. well one opened..
"oh i dont know we have someone interested"
ah well shit.. later on there’s now a lease sign on two of the downstairs rooms -_- so she went to talk to him again and was talking about summer and then the room and i guess he actually said something to the fact of that it wasnt fair to the rest of the tenants for us to be there because of the loud music and thumping.. O_o he also said something about hoping to have all the upstairs rooms rented out in 2 months.. tho no ones been up there since we’ve been there??its also rumor that i guess his family is really religious.. so yea as all you gals know who’ve tried to open studios how hard it is to get a place because people think its like a stripper boot camp -_-
so yea in short he doesn’t want ANY part of it what so ever to even give us a chance. so yea..
so if this works I’m hoping she can do it the way she wanted to do it to begin with.

i guess it depends on where.. cuz i know alot of gals wear wrist bands because they get burn on their wrists.
as far as calluses go.. yup i get those too ^^ not like n e ones gonna see those n e ways =) id rather have those then blisters. -
