so i have a question for you girls, i think it may have been answered already. So when working out on the pole does any know how much calories vs time being on the pole you can burn up to? Just curious if anyone has tried tracking it. Plus is it aerboic or anerboic? (spelling bad) I know I have been doing well on the wii fit plus and I wanna see how much I am burning. I know there is formulas out there that can track how many calories you can burn. Just thought I will bring this up.

1. workout everyday. Rather it is using the wii, pole, strength traing with the pole or using the insanity program to workout with!!

4. do well in school.
