I have had three little girls in four years and REALLY need to tone it back up! I dont have a real pole yet - working on a home made pole my husband made me. I am almost ready to get an X-pole and I am so excited. I know it will be so much easier for me to do inverts on a real pole that grips better. I, like everyone else has become obsessed with poling and I cant wait to get better!
