This combo confuses stud finders. Magnets allied the nail/screw holding the Sheetrock to studs plus other metals to be outlined on the ceiling using thumb tacks.

Engine 2 has an online community. Some Whole Foods have an Engine 2 Diet support group. It is easy to translate the vegan diet into a junk food diet. I started with the processed meat substitutes. Now I limit processed items. Getting enough plant protein kept my energy up.

Which pole finish requires the least if any grip aid in hot and humid environment? thanks.

The problem is proof so that is Not she said he said. This can be more than one woman making the same complaint. A witness willing to step up and support you. I have been in all three situations at least once. Another thing HR or a lawyer will want to know is what your response was? How did you communicate your objection? Did you keep a journal? The last time I was able to get a transfer to a better position to get away from the discriminators.

Studio Veena introduced me to the pole and aerial fitness/dance community. I suggest representing your classes correctly and following up with walk-ins especially if they never return. Sometimes large employers in the area will allow you to solicit membership from their employees if you offer group rates.

Hi Layesh,
I agree with what Runemist34 says. Unfortunately, there is no one answer fits all for the after effects of adultery. My Mom still regrets her decision Not to re-build her marriage as Dad begged her to do. My divorce papers site his adultery and abuse after marriage counseling. The hurt did Not end with divorce. I have seen a friend’s marriage strengthened after adultery; but it took commitment and time from both partners to re-build their relationship. Sorry, it will take time for you to heal whether you separate or re-build your relationship. Send me a message if you want to talk privately.

recently went to a studio for a first lesson. It will be my Only lesson at that studio. Over the phone she claimed her class is pole fitness oriented which goes with her gymnastic background. Only two of us showed up for the class with both of us stating we were there for pole fitness. Instead she worked on sexy walk and hip figures. We both left complaining about the lack of exercise during the session!
I had expressed interest in purchasing a pole for home. She claims that an XPole could be mounted anywhere due to the dome at the top – No support required. XPole and threads on here caution this would be dangerous.
Her DIY poles wobbled and had fastener sticking up from the floor. I scratched my foot on the highest protrusion.
She never followed up – No call, No email. Therefore, she is ignorant of why a customer chose Not to return. -
Is it available yet?

What part of Columbia area? I visit family in the area.

What is the difference in the old and new poles? I have never seen either. The local studio had poorly installed DIY poles. I am approximately 2 hours from Charleston.

Thanks for starting the thread.
