maybe x pole needs more staff to answer their calls
i dont think there is 25 employees working there during day
I think that the people who are answering the phone their job is to take orders and tryin to deal with pleasing customers, but when it comes to answer more specific questions if they don t have the answer, they try their best to reffer the client or something like that
can you imagine paying one more salary just to answer the questions… i think they do the best they can!

don t take my comment the wrong way, but as a compagny of course they ll go with what matters the most "money"
there is no money to be made with people complaining all the time and wanting freebies and replacement pieces…. i find them very nice to do what they do even if it clearly says all sales are final.
The client is not always right, and if you dont have $$ for them, can t really blame them for not calling back immediatly
anyways, i never had any problems with x pole ! 🙂

never had problems with x pole service, you have to put yourself in their shoes
they get the same annoying questions on and on… i find them very patient
maybe they could put something like " if your email or phone call wasnt answered , look carefully on our website for the answer" instead of making you wait and wait,

take some underwear, and cut them where they are sewn , then use that for your pattern , but add a good cm to the border!

i find "pole specialised" items are too expensive for what it is, and they don t necesseraly fit good (the mika look like a big diaper on me their waist is too high)

of course everyone will look for techniques and such, but what about the rest
i think having a look to their physicalappearance is important too!

might seems superficial but for me, if the instructor is not toned, well shaped , means they don't practice what they preach
an instructor should look healthy , in great shape, and having good advices for her students to achieve their goals!

yep makes me very unhappy to the point where i fear mondays , the start of the week, i just don t want to do the classes anymore

It s not only the finances, after 3 years i am fed up… It s not for me. I am tired of dealing with clients, example those who miss classes and then want to take them back for free, or again student forgot their money and asking to pay next week…i just dont have any patience. I think my passion for pole is just gone…. No ones takes this seriousy, there s no reer, no pension plan. I am lucky i can close, i am not stock with a lease at least.

studio veena is great for when you start but if you are looking for more advanced moves, pole and aerial is good

i dont meant to be rude, but putting videos online or pictures opens a door for people to critic and hurt your feelings
of course not everyone will make compliments, its a risk to take when you expose yourself online
be strong and ignore those, or block the comments!!

Doubles in a strip club… In my mind the guys wont be really thriled by this, the only thing they want is to watch you girls lick each other, not an accrobatic performance….unless it end that way lol
