ive downloaded a free sample of corel videostudio and it does the black and white thing and all sort of effects! its very cool

i totally understand…. i totally ruined my performance at my first competition …. i dont even want to look at the video… i had nightmares and im like jeez my pole "career" is ruined now lol

its not that i am shy, i used to be a dancer, but beeing in front of a female public for the first time

Maybe try to get a few friends to look at you and then practice practice your routine again and again!!

i have opinions. They re not negative they are realistic. To me mpdc is all sketch and im not the only one thinking it  but of course for "the politic" of pole no one will speak out  for X reason . But i don t care , it is what it is. I dont think its negative to post your opinion when they asked for it .

it is only logical that the winner have to be there…  yes im happy for crystal ect ect … but rules are rules, if they want this competition to be taken seriously, then don't twist them

And of course I am the bad not nice olivia bouhhh….. but hey we all need one big mouth in the bunch, and thats me 🙂

no matter who makes the dvd, it all comes to the same things, exept a few "signature moves"

i think veenas lessons are awesome  and that she should make her own dvd s!! From stretching to strengh lessons,  detailed moves , constantly improving the content , the interaction with other pole dancers and the support, IM A VEENER!!

AGAIN i ve read the post i ve wrote and i dont understand how can it  upset anyone…  i didnt said any hurtful thing

i am just following the discussion and  posting my opinion about the legal aspects of the trademark name (wich they seem  to push a lot and  is unrealistic  )

i  think you are doing a great job promoting pole fitness and i didnt said the opposite 🙂

Now tammy instead of accusing me  to say hurtful things on a forum,  please read what your representative are arguing about , this doesnt help to get good comments!  It almost means WE RUN POLE FITNESS IN CANADA AND NO ONE can run a competition…

just another way to make money,,, pole is new… people wanna learn and get "certified",  so the "school" are charging  a lot of money and claim to have the best programs ect ect

i love my ankles things from mighty, the top part  breaked

but i think just one more sew in the middle would solve the problem ( the seemstress in me)  because it stretches and cause to break… other than that 2 thumbs up
