Please submit the listed moves to this email: [email protected]. Criteria: Entry, exit, control and form. Static spins must complete 2 revolutions; this does not include the Prance. Spinning pole spins must last for 3 seconds or longer. Pole hold and side pole hold must be held for 3 seconds or longer. The Side Pole Hold you demonstrate should be the BEGINNER OPTION. The climb must include one climb; no double climb is required at this level. Which specific exercises can I do to strengthen the lower arm in a split grip? I injured something in my left forearm near the elbow on the pinky side last year attempting a shoulder mount, which I injured further attempting a split grip a few weeks later. While my strength is FINALLY coming back almost a year later I admit I am a little terrified to try split grips again
Just submitted my videos for Beginner 2! So excited :)
Yes, I did, thank you so much!!💜😊
You can choose either one. 😊 Did you receive my critique for level 1?
Are we required to do both static and spinning, or can we do static only?
Yay, I passed, now on to level three, thanks for the extra tips for my back hook :-)
Lol, and awesome!
I'd forgotten how hard some of these basic moves are, especially on my dork side and I learnt two new grips for easy up! Thanks Veena
Sent mine in for Beginner Level 2! 💜💜
Just what you choose!
Are we required to do all the grip variations with the back hook spin? Or just one we choose?
Nevermind!! now that we're getting into the nitty gritty!!!! lol
How are the videos turned in? Can we do most of the moves in one video? or 2-3?
Either is fine.
Do we have to do the one armed Prance or the two-handed version for the cert?
Here's the link for the split grip tutorial. It has the 2 strength and conditioning routines you'll want to do in the related lessons.💜 https://www.studioveena.com/lessons/view/5e7b8bc9-04f4-49fe-9712-2a18ac110005 also do the stretches listed
