Today you'll learn about different methods for inverting. These are just a few of the most popular options—there are more! You'll finish with a warm up and some invert drills.
Pro tip: Learning controlled momentum (step and sweep) inverts before a chokehold (deadlift) using no momentum is a wonderful way to allow more people to invert safely, regardless of body size. It reduces the risk of injury as well because you're reducing the amount of strain placed on the body, particularly the upper back and intercostal muscles located between the ribs. Work smarter, not harder!

That's awesome to hear Maria!
The legs and abs routine was fun & challenging. I enjoyed learning the brand new to me leg sequences. I am definitely noticeably stronger than on day one of the program and it’s such an awesome feeling :D
today is my fav - sexy legs and abs - killHer routine !!!!
That was fun! I think I tried the sexy legs/abs routine back when I first joined your site and couldn't do it. This time I was able to keep up and I loved it!
Hi Veena! I noticed that the "Active front splits routine (LIVE LESSON)" shows up both today and tomorrow (D19), and so I thought I’d check in to see if that was intentional. ?
Thank you, I'll look into it because as you know I wouldn't have you do the same training in a row!
Yes! That was exactly what crossed my mind as well. ????
