hi guys, im new to youtube and hve been trying to upload a 7 min video for like 3 days now, it takes FOREVER to upload, i wrote in another thread that i left it uploading today when i went out, came back HOURS later and it was still uploading. is that normal!?!? i was using internet explorer, but now switched over to mozilla....im hoping that makes a difference..... 😈

Is it a video straight off your computer? i.e. no editing?

noo, i made it on my camera, then uploaded it to my laptop, edited in windows movie maker- but ended up re-editing it like 5 times and publishing it that many times, and now im retrying it on youtube again....frustrating!
Hmm, I don't know then. I know if it hasn't been edited it can take forever to upload, but yours has been edited...
I have been having the same problem, witch is why Kiwi Pole Fitness has no videos up yet, it has been a nightmare, ive had a video ready to pop up for ages and no matter how long we take it doesnt load! GRRRRRRRRRRRRR 👎 😈

pole- forget youtube. youtube is being a brat and wont let us post certain vids , my fave part of veena's new site is that we can post our videos on THIS site now! So be sure to post your vids on this site, the video posting option is open to EVERY member here! 🙂 my fave part is that only members of the site can see your posted vids, so it's much safer than youtube. i wrote you on the chat forum thread too, be sure to check that out cuz i answered your question about friday chats there 🙂 happy poling!!!!

ps- veena's video upload is WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYY faster than youtube, i was shocked at how quickly my vids uploaded!! 🙂 YAY!

little miss geeky here says to check the upload speed on your interweb connection too. But yes, youtube is getting more "family oriented". (lots of bad words) we're not strippers or doing anything explicit, so what is their problem.
