I haven't been on here in forever, haven't been poling-- BUT I have been doing a really really hard strength/dance workout since July, and it took me this long to get as strong as the ladies!!! go me. (I recommend Kari Anderson's Reach video to build strength! She's a former ballerina and long-time fitness instructor in Seattle...) I just saw some friends on Facebook comment about their shape during pregnancy--had to watch your pregnancy and postpartum dance pole vids Veena :) I shared them.
