I CAN NOT find shorts that work well with pole. They either aren't short enough for thigh gripping or they give me muffin top or 😳 camel toe. he he. What are your favorite pole shorts? Where did you get them? Thanks

My favourite pole shorts are technically underwear 🙄 I bought them off ebay and I love them because they have a twilight quote on them 😀 Anyway I'm getting off track... I would advise having a look on ebay, if they have undies in the right style, just order them in your size and wear more undies underneath and it makes no difference. I'm wearing mine in my profile picture Also friends have bought some awesome items off of ebay!

The best ones I've had are cotton shorts from the nightwear section of H&M 😀 They don't show too much bum but they're comfy, have a wide waistband, never give muffin tops (and boy do I always get them) and cost £5. I'm wearing them in my pic 🙂

Victoria's Secret Sport yoga shorts. A-maz-ing. They have a super wide waistband that simply does not roll and won't muffin top on you either, in my experience. The legs are super short and have awesome 100% crotch coverage. On, and the hem seam leaves NO, absolutely NO, sausage leg. The back of the bottom of the leg sits right at the bottom of the butt cheek but even in a complete foldover bend, no booty hangs out. Soft, no camel toe, no wedgies, ever. I have tried just about every short short out there, and these are my favs by far.

I have cotton boy short undwear from Meijer. They are unbelievable! I buy them a size large then I can wear underwear underneath them. The hug to my leg under my butt cheek so I have FULL coverage but are short enough to do grip just about everywhere! Best part - they are $3.99/pair!!!!
I really love the poleskivies shorts although I find that they tend to roll down on me, maybe I actually need to try a smaller size - I wish they had tiny bit of elastic in the waist...not enough for muffin top lol...but just enough for a little security. I also really like the newer Sfactor shorts...I know a lot of people loved the old version of the shorts...they were really light but I need a short with a little more strength lol...and the new ones have a nice amount of lycra and a good weight...plus the strings are nice to let you choose as to how much leg/butt to show 🙂 there is also another brand on a dacewear site...I forget the brand but they are pretty cool - not to low - not too high...good coverage...I will have to look up the brand.

I have yet to find a pair that I absolutely ADORE. However, ones that I have liked: Target has boyshort undies that always come out with cool designs every few months plus they are about $5 a pair. My only issue wit these is that after a few washings they stretch out a bit and then tend to move around in the crotch area 😲 . Target also has a line called Gilligan O'Malley that has a boyshort type style. They run a little small but have a great fit. The only ones that are really good are the black and red...the other colors I have found to be a little see through. Walmart carries a line of Hanes underwear that are boycut. The stitching on them makes them look like they have the crotch opening like men's undies but they do not. When I am carrying a few extra pounds though these tend to roll a little at the waist. I will also note that I am extremely short waisted and these are what have worked for me.
I like Victoria Secrets cheekier though I wish the crotch was just a little bit wider. They technically don't have a waist band. So that's good. Cheeky can also nice.

nooooo i meant the OOOOLD old ones. without the little cinchy thing and without the bleeeech logo. i hate wearing logos period!
hehe...I know you meant the old ones...but the link is to the new ones with the top pull strings...I HATE those...the don';t fit my butt at all...i do however like the new tie sides - the ones with the logos...although I HATE THE LOGOS lol...I wish I could find the new style somewhere with out the danged logo 🙂

Walmart carries a line of Hanes underwear that are boycut. The stitching on them makes them look like they have the crotch opening like men's undies but they do not. These are my go-to shorts for class! I love them. I ended up buying them in a L, even though I would be a S/M in normal undie sizes. I find they fit more like shorts and less like undies, but still no gaps in the crotch... which is good. I even cut the white tags off of a pair of my black ones and wore them in my last performance. They stayed opaque even with camera flashes, so they still get the thumbs up from me! 🥂 I noticed that the last pair I bought were more of a low-rise version, which I actually like better. It seems like Walmart (and Target too) is still between the old style and the new style these days, but try 'em both!

Pole Skivvies all the way.
I have a few pairs. My first pair I got from Steve and Barrys before they went under. They are a solid black, they are by Venus (or Serena I really dont remember) Williams, from the line Eleven. I guess they were really designed for tennis but Ive love mine. They help slim out my dreaded double csection pouch. They are tight enough not to gape any where. Another pair I have is a pair of simple Under Armour shorts. The band folds down to show the logo but im not that brave to wear them like that. They are a bit loose in the leg but very comofortable. The final pair is a pair I got off of ebay. I guess being a former cheerleader you get kinda acustom to the shorts. I bought a pair of Redskins "cheer" shorts. They are the same style but in black w/the Redskins logo down one side. I love these shorts, just not enough to wear them to the real gym (lol). I like to wear it w/one of my old school 'Skins tees, I feel like a total cheerleader when I do that. Ive really wanted to try the Under Armour undies and give them a go. Theres an UA outlet right near me and the full price store in Annapolis.
What a coincidence I see this thread because I just found what are for me the best pole shorts I've ever worn (granted I havent gotten any skivvies yet, but I know I'm gonna love those too. Oh and the ones veena sells here aren't too shabby either). I went out and bought 10 more pairs to sell on Ebay. Check out this listing and take a look. HAHA...Chem, And don't you know I already have BOTH pairs lol 😀 The shirred shorts are a fake out though 🙁 the strings are just for look and they are some weird material...no lycra or cotton... the fringed shorts however are FAB!!!!!! Big fun...so me...I got the fringed top and matching skirt too lol
My faves are boy-cut undies... Honestly most of my pole "shorts" are bought from the underwear section. Or sometimes you find booty shorts in the "sleepwear" section. I really prefer anything cotton rather than mostly nylon/synthetic materials.

Hello Girls, I have a question for you. I always use shorts for pole dancing but I have a problem. Everytime i film myself or take pictures of me, while I open my legs, "everything" can be seen and I often have to put a big coloured star to censor the picture if I want to publish it. What can I wear for not showing my private things? I always use underwear too but in some cases, even if I wear shorts, the underwear can be seen. What do you think I can wear to avoid this kind of problem? thank you giorgia

giorgia- what kind of shorts are you wearing? If you buy tighter "booty shorts" you shouldn't have that problem. Something that clings to your thighs. Did you look at some of the pictures of shorts that were posted in this thread? they are all very short and basically hug your thighs, with such short inseams that they don't really move out of the way to show your goods. 😂

What do you think I can wear to avoid this kind of problem? thank you giorgia That is my problem with most bottoms!! 😈 I find that some swimming suit bottoms have good coverage, but if you looking for more of the pole short, Poleskivvies have the best coverage and Luluemon hot yoga shorts are great for crotch coverage too! 🌸
The VS sport yoga shorts have amazing crotch coverage. Best money I've spent for pole goodies. And, now that I am getting a butt (thanks, squats and lunges!!), they actually look pretty good on me!
