yoga dvd suggestions pleeeease

Hi everyone, I have noticed that a few members here have mentioned yoga poses and figured i could get good advice on this. I want to incorporate yoga to my schedule but dont have any time to go to any classes. The next best thing would be to get a dvd but I am having the worst time deciding on one. I already own the p90x one but find it too long. I can only stand to do it once in a while..... Please let me knpw which ones you guys have triedvand loved. Thanks for all the help!

http://www.hulu.com/yoga-for-everyone Free Shiva Rea vinyanas from her DVDs for all to try at home, was going to post this too but didn't want to be redundant. Hulu is 100% legal and with commercials for those unawares.

I like Shiva Rea's "Yoga Shakti" dvd. It has matrix option which will allow you to customize your own pracitce. (http://www.shivarea.com ) It's an excellent Yoga dvd.

@Angel1201 Are you referring to Shiva Rea's "Upper Body" Yoga practice dvd? 108 pushups in the 32 minute practice. I like that practice too.

I am finally getting yoga shakti from netflix tomorrow, very excited to finally try it this weekend.

Yay Vamp! I hope you like it!! I haven't tried that one, so let me know how it is!! @Cheshire - I didn't do 108 in 32. Did you??? Dang girl, you're badd-ass!! Thanks Marle for the Hulu ref. That's awesome!

@Angel1201 Yes, I do the 108 pushups. I am use to chat/pushups every day or every yoga practice. 🙂

I must say that I loved Shiva Rea. I only got to do the basic option on saturday and it was a little too beginner for me but I love her style! I will hopefully get to do another section either today or tomorrow but I can already tell that I will enjoy this dvd. Thanks ladies!
