Finally nailed a superman from aerial climb tonight in class, not just once but 3 times!! I've been struggling with bloody superman for ages so had to post on here cos I know you guys will understand my joy and elation :)

Congrats... i looked at your profile ..no videos posted : ( ive noticed alot of you ladies who are great at poling dnt post any videos.... : ( would love to see more videos to learn from you amazing ladies
I've never videoed myself :( probably because I don't think I am great, especially at routines and free style, I need to practise loads more on free style, I was thinking of maybe doing a video for my 1 year pole anniversary, so I have 4 months to get practising and to get my technical know how up to scratch LOL
