i shocked myself this morning. for the 1st time ever was able to do handspring ? (kick back and up) cartweheel? into butterfly!! i was so excited! 😮 😲 🤸 🥂 ☀️ now can u get into jacknife from butterfly? i mean is it relativly easy or is it something i am probably going to snap my spine doing ?? lol..

I think from a butterfly you might want to aysha or straight edge firast then jackknife...but idk. you may just be able to go straight into it. what grip are you using for your butterfly?? Congrats!!! 🥂 🥂

Good job! I like to go from handspring to butterfly to flatline scorpio too but yes you can do the jacknife from the butterfly, you just need a bit of core stability to take your legs back off and reposition them.
