Pretty nice video. I got so nervous when they did doubles on either pole. So much flex!

The one comment I made is that I really would have liked to see some power moves like reverse grabs done on both poles. Every single move was very centered on the pole/stage. The biggest problem I have had is with body weight being thrown away from the pole in a circular motion.
