Xpole vs Platinum Stages

I absolutely love both poles, I have to say that they are the two best made poles out there in my opinion! But there are advantages and disadvantages to both... I'll start with Xpole... The biggest disadvantage that I personally have issues with are the bolts. I'll be dancing on my pole in static mode and the bolts will come loose and it will turn half an inch and I'll have to keep re tightening it over and over again. Completely throws me off, but I love the polish and the grip on the xpole, I also don't like how the ceiling piece domes downward, its makes it hard to do a deathlay and I wouldn't recommend it anyway unless you got screws for the cover piece! Those little buttons just don't suffice on their own. I had to get screws at Home depot because they don't come with them when you order it. The platinum stages pole is awesome as well, I find the grip a little harder, it seems more slippery. I like the top piece a little better because it doesn't dome as much as the xpole making it easier to do a death lay but its also smaller in circumference which would be bad if your studs were wider on the ceiling. I like the pin idea on the platinum stages pole... Much more convenient than Xpoles bolts! The biggest problem with the pin is really if you have kids cause kids love to grab the pin and run with it but unlike the xpole, once that pin is in its not spinning anywhere. Both are great poles however. I personally own an Xpole, my sister owns a platinum stages so thats where I got this info from lol from my own experience and powers of observation. Keiloces
