X-Pole problem

My pole started making a slight grindy noise/feeling on spin mode. Any thoughts? I took it down and re-assembled it and the noise is still there.

Have you tried lubricating the bearings? There is one at the top and one at the bottom. The bottom one is known to get gunky over time.
I had this issue and it was the top adapter grinding against the top dome. I had an xpole technician come out and confirm this. He fixed it by slipping some washers over the top adapter, before attaching the top dome and that fixed it!
Hi lily! Please call our office and ask for Heydi or Rosie- We can help you figure out whats causing the problem. As well- please take video so that we can hear the sound its making. Make sure your pole is NOT over tightened to the ceiling. Too much pressure can cause noises and other problems!! Thanks!
