XPOLE on craigslist... should I be weary?

http://norfolk.craigslist.org/for/1676265992.html there is the link... just talked to the girl on the phone and she said she has had it for about a year but got bored. she said she has done spins and inverts on it with no problems with it ever moving etc. i asked if the dome felt like metal or chromed plastic and she said she couldnt tell. so i asked her if it had any cracks in it, and she said no. (she bought it off ebay for 280 a year ago.. has dvd etc) they live over an hour away so its not like its a quick trip down the road to check it out. should i just invest my money in a new xpole direct from the warehouse or steal the deal and go for the craigslist pole??
