xpole height adjuster is stuck. any advice

Dear xpole My height adjuster cover to my 45mm stationary pole is stuck. I am not a strong person but the last time I twisted to re tighten it was a week ago when it losen in my hand while doing a half cartwheel mount.and now it wont un tighten. Its not a big big deal because I know it will unlossen on its on but its not. The big problem is I need the cover to come. Off so I can see the pole adjusting.. help any advice. Or what tool to buy or a strong man you guys can recommend for me.
