How can I stop my xpert from spinning too fast? Whenever I use soon mode I can't use it for long as it spins way to fast even doin a basic fireman, or even an attitude spin makes it so really fast. Any tips on how to slow my pole down? I no that stickin a leg or arm out helps but I'm meanin so it doesn't feel lyk in gna smack into a wall within 2secs of goin on, lol. xx

Try scaling back on the amount of momentum you are beginning your spin/sequence with! You would be surprised at how little you actually need to put in to keep the rotations going :o) xoxo
EXACTLY. You DO NOT use the same amount of momentum that you would use in static mode. I think Veena has some lessons here on how to control your spin.

Av tried to less momentum but it still seems to spin like crazy and I Ems up havin to jump off quickly b4 I do smack into a wall 1 of these days, lol. xx

Practice lifting off the ground without stepping round into a pole hold rather than jumping, then practice one step round the pole to push off before lifting up into a pole hold, then try push off a little more etc etc. I now find that I can't get enough spin sometimes!
