I cant seem to spin easy on spin mode, I take the hex screws all the way out ive only had my pole for few days, any suggestions for faster spin?

There is a good possibility that you have your pole over tightened. Loosen it a bit from the ceiling and try again. There are a few threads on here where people have had the same problem and this is usually the case.
I have the same problem. My pole feels like it's too tight.. it spins halfway around unless I really give it lot of momentum. But the poles at the studio I practice at spin so easily! I'm waiting on suggestions with you :)
Maybe in my nervousness I over tightened I will try to loosen it but one of my first inverts popped it off ceiling lol I had to reset it so I probably overtightened out of fright lol

I kept overtightening my pole at first so once I had it at the perfect length I drew a line on the flat part of the adjuster screw so I knew where to tighten it to each time!
Hi Ladies, That is correct. If the spin mode is not smooth, the pole is most likely overtightened. Loosening the pole a few turns and trying again should solve it! Thanks, Lindsey
