Xmas Pole jam and the weather devil....

Ok guys. There is a pretty bad snow storm coming our way and the studio will be closed tomorrow because of it. Now...there is a small chance (if weather permits and the lots are plowed) that the jam will still go on tomorrow as planned but we won't know until tomorrow. I'm in contact with the owner of Xpose and we will see what we come up with tomorrow but....If not...the back up plan (at this moment, but that could change) is to jam at my house. I live 5 miles from the studio so it won't change any ones travel plans that much. My husband has offered up his mancave for our poling pleasure and I am wrangling poles from all over the area as we speak so we can still jam and have fun. I'm totally totally depressed about this and I'm trying my best to make the best out of it. I'm hoping that as long as we're all together (and there are a few poles nearby) we can still have a good time. Right? Please check back often or message me to stay posted on new developments. last minute adjustments are in the works but...the show will go on!

Sissy, you did a great job getting this together, we can hardly expect you to control the weather last I checked that was Al Roker's job. Whatever happens you guys will have a great time, and I'm proud of your husband for giving up his mancave, tell him he's welcome to come hang out with me in Cali tomorrow.

We should have made it a slumber party last night and then we'd all be snowed in together. If the roads clear up and my husband still lets me borrow his truck, it's 4 x4 and I can fit 4 others with me, and I can bring my pole

not sure what sissy has in mind, but i do know that xpose is closed on sundays, so no chance on having it there tomorrow. i know for me, i will not be driving today. i want to go SO BAD but it's going to be too dangerous.

I agree... to dangerous to drive today, even with four wheel drive ~Bex that we would have to talk to sissy about.i doubt it because sundays are when they get together and plan out the next week. but i don't know, that is something someone would have to talk to the owner about, and that person would have to be sissy since she is organizing everything.

Fleur, Azriel, Glitter, Kari828, and myself all made it just fine! I really had no trouble with driving in the snow, the stressful part was a crappy drivers side windshield wiper. lol We were all so thankful that Sissybuns and her family were willing to let us jam at her house. 🥂 Thank you, thank you. Sissy 🥂 🥂 Saschapoles had plans to fly in but her fight was canceled 😈 Most of the locals were unable to make it. Fleur, Azriel and myself were all pretty tired from our long drive in the snow the night before but I think we all had a great time meeting up with everyone at Sissy's. I wanna thank Tina, the owner of http://chicphysiquefitness.com/ for suggesting Fleur rent a 4x4 truck....without that we wouldn't have been able to get together. She was also willing to open up her studio doors for the pole jam, but unfortunately we were all staying a bit too far away to take advantage of her offer. AND....she was amazing enough to drive me to the airport (not as simple of a task as it sounds but that's another story!) hehe. I just had such a great time!!!!!!!! 🎅 🦌 🎅 🦌 🎅

Aww I'm sorry I missed it!! I'm in Baltimore but I wasn't about to try and drive in my Accord coupe 😂 Don't think I'd have made it. Hope we can make other arrangements to get together in the future. Maybe when the weather is warmer 🙂

I had a great time with you all!!! I'm so so so bummed that the weather shut down the studio on us and everyone couldn't come and I'm so sorry that people had such a hard time with flights getting delayed and canceled when they were trying to get home. The time I did get to share with the few I got to share it with was AH-MAY-ZING!!!!! Video to come.....

I was sooooo bummed about the weather 😠 I even booked my flight to fly home early from FL so that I would be able to make the pole jam! Stupid snow!!! I played at home on my poles for a bit, but pole jamming with two cats is not the same as with twenty polers, lol. Sigh! Next time!!

Nooo sweat- I saw on FB that you were having it at your house, but I would not have been able to make it anyways (I live up near the PA line, almost an hour from A. Mills Xpose). I'm just venting, since I'm still bitter at Mother Nature, lol 😀 One day we will (actually) meet again! 😉
