X POLE SPORT POLE MOUNT

I recently received my x-pole sport ordered from x-pole usa and am sad that I can't use it. The pole will not stay secure on my popcorn ceilings even days after settling and retightening.It could be a combination of my weight as I am a plus size poler and the uneven surface. I have been considering getting the block pole mount but am scared that I will run into the same issue with the popcorn ceilings. Any advice, tips, or tricks to get my pole up are welcome!

DOes your x pole sport have an X engraved on the base? My friend just got one on ebay and is worried its fake. I have a x pert and haven't ever seen a ssport x

My pole does not have a x engraved on either base. It was ordered by my pole fitness instructor off of the xpole website and the shipping address is in Hollywood, CA.

Thanks my friend was worried because hers didn't have any Xs engraved on it but she knew my x pert did x

Is the sport even supposed to have x's? They are to line everything up correctly when putting the pole in static mode. The sport doesn't spin, so maybe that's why it doesn't have x's.

Hi. Please can you email us at UK tech support [email protected] and we will help sort your problem. There are one or two ways to do this and it does depend on how deep (and the pattern) the popcorn on your ceiling is. It varies enormously! So, please send us some 'Good in focus' photos of the whole ceiling where you are installing the pole and a close up (2 - 3ft) of the ceiling showing the popcorn. We will get it sorted for you.
