X Pole Block Mounts

Just wondering if any of you studio owners out there have the block mounts (for x-pert poles) installed at your studio?   Did you install it onto the metal ceiling trusses, did you span between 2 trusses with unistrut, did you bolt it to wood and then attach the wood to the trusse, how did you do it?! If you have any pictures also, I would love to see it! I am a total visual learner  :o) xoxo
