ok fine they show how to remove one.... but what about if you got TWO stock at each end of the pole... waiting for your solutions.... :( thanks ladies

Have you tried WD40? Spray it between the crack and see if you can slip it out?

Can you attach another section of pole back onto one of the joints, and then get two strong guys (or girls, obviously, but I'm a weakling, so I get my bf to do stuff like this, hehe) to twist one of the joints back straight? The extra length of pole just gives a bit of space to grip, and if you use something rubbery (washing up gloves, resistance bands) you might be able to get enough force into it.
My teacher used a device that is used for bottle tops to prevent slipping. Mine popped right out this way.(she did it for me b/c I could do it!)
