Wrist Injury

My wrist injury from December is acting up again. It think it was from learning the Butterfly. Then, we had a really bad storm here and we lost a tree. My husband and I spent 2 hours cutting it up and dragging it across 1/2 acre. After that we went and helped a friend do the same. Back to ice/heat/massage and rest. Boo!
