Good for them! I honestly don't think people would know what to make of it, if they saw a 70 year old so fit and healthy here. :S
This is inspiring! My grandparents are 93 and are still living on their own. My grandma always exercised (mainly walking and dancing) so it doesn't have to be hard core (unless you enjoy hardcore.) The important thing is to keep active and starting at ANY age will help.
