Workshops with Becca Butcher

I worked out so hard and learned some prettay awesome moves.... When I was finished my muscles were warm 2 the touch.... learned some great stretches and gained a friend. She has exceptional skill and technique..... I will cherish this experience 4 a lifetime... :-)
