Wood tile flooring

Does anyone have experience with this type of flooring? Or any tile flooring in general and/or upstairs? We are buying a home that needs new flooring and due to several factors we can't do carpet or laminate. Wondering if it holds up to heels/clacking...does it scratch/chip, is it noisy or is there an under lay to muffle? Not super worried about the grout as it seems they use a micro grout line for this type. Assume it will be rough on the knees but somewhat used to this from the floor in old studio.

In my current appartment (rented), the floor is with wood tiles. It looks very beautiful, but I honestly prefer the laminated floor in the previous appartment. Yes, it's rougher on the knees, it's cracking & it makes noise when I am wearing the heals. The scratches can be washed, no worry.

I have been a new home owner for 1 year and my house has original wood flooring. it does scratch, but if you get the right company they can do stuff to your floor where it can add a protective coating, so when it scuffs you just buff it up. I'm saving to do my floors it's going to cost like $4,000 to do. My floors were so abused before I got it. So it has to be refinished. Yes it is hard on the knees, but you can wear leggings or knee pads, but I say it's good to practice every so often with out them to toughen your knees.

Im on river stone floors for a long time. Do wear leg warmers and leggings often but got used to hard surface. When I go for classes in studio Im truly appreciating wood but anywhere else its usually polished cement. I never tried carpet around pole accept my yoga mat but soft carpet sounds like luxury
