Hey Ly...I'm feeling much better...but I feel like my body doesn't want me to pole...now I have a really nasty blister on my right hand and I can't do anything now...everytime I try to hold on to the pole it feels like someone is ripping my skin off!!!

Alexa, I'm glad to hear you're getting better. Maybe your body is trying to tell you to take some rest. If you got injured, then you would have to quit poling for a while which is depressing if you're a pole addict ;)
I know..I have to rest and let my hand heal up...but it's so hard to walk by my pole and not do anything.
