I dunno but all of a sudden today my fingers have been hurting kinda bad...is this normal. Ilve been doing a lot of spins climbing and sitting and inverts. Ne one else experienced this or should I be more concerned

Hi Raspberry! No need for concern, this is totally normal. You'll eventually build a tolerance to the pain. I promise!!! My hands have calouses on them now. Im too lazy to moisturise!! 😀

I actually had the same problem, I posted something about it under Health and Fitness I think... It hurt the worst when I did spins. It went away literally like a week after I posted about it! 🙂 You could also try doing simple warm up stuff with your fingers and hands, too, and that may help with the pain. Good luck!
Thanks 4 the quick response. I was getting really scared cause at first it was just one finger then just today...wham all of them started to ache...whew. glad I don't have to stop poling.
I just got over the pain. I would give it a rest a day or two then continue on. It felt like my joints/knuckles were so severely bruised I couldn't hold on to the pole. It was bad for over a week. I just took tylenol and then pain is now totally gone.
