Today, I did my inverted crucifix on the first try 🙂 Like magic I was able to let go with my hands...I feel so awesome! It feels really great to conquer the first invert. I just had to tell someone 🙂

Congrats! I'm so proud of you! I'm 8 months in and still not inverting! I think I could if I pushed it but I really am trying to wait until my arm strength is steadily consistent to attempt it. I'm so jealous of girls who can invert fast because they have great upper arm strength already or come by it quickly! Lucky girl. Keep up the great work!
Wow! Congrats! I just got my first upright, beginner-move crucifix and was very, very thrilled, so I can only imagine how exciting it is to get your first inverted one! 😀
calipolepixie - It is definitely challenging to get the strength to do it! Even though I have done strength training prior to pole.....I was still really surprised that I was able to do it! Thanks for the encouragement 🙂 EagleSpirit - The regular crucifix is super challenging too! Congrats on getting the crucifix 🙂

Congrats!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am 3-4 months into pole-land and the Inverted Crucifix was the first awesome move I was able to do!!! I felt a rush of joy when I got it, and now it feels second nature to just invert and release, and to rely on your legs to hold you up, it gets easier over time for sure 🙂
