Where to buy shoes in Connecticut?

I'm headed to the Hartford area of CT for the weekend, and I'm looking to buy (or at least try on & confirm my size for) a new pair of heels! I bought done used on eBay that seem really snug, so I'm on a search. Any good locations for shopping in person?
