where to begin

Hi i am interested in starting studio Veena lessons but im not sure what level i should start at. i have done pole lessons before and received 2 certificates for beginners & intermediates. I stopped for a few years & started back again from level 2 at la fitness in beckenham.i think with pole secrets. Once again i have not done it for a few years I have recently purchased a xpole xpert & have just been looking at it for the last 2 weeks.

Theres a 30 day takeoff program to get you back in the swing of things, and all the lessons are in sections from beginner to advanced, I'm sure you'd have no trouble finding your way around and polishing and expanding what you already know. The new routines are awesome too :)
