Where do I find my membership information?

Can someone help me? I thought I had active membership but lessons don't seem to be working for me this morning so I'm wondering if my membership expired, where do I find this information? Like sign up date etc. Thank you!

Now I think I may have double subscribed somehow haha Was thinking my subscription ran out and so I paid again to see if that fixed it and still when I click the lessons it prompts me to subscribe.
