well since it looks like someone is selling theirs i'd say it's good, but if you can get a look before you buy you can check the peices, http://www.verticaldance.com/forum/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=9197&sid=f8b2708c67c4e413956c4ab8f20e2803 has a picture of what the joints should be.

Ahhh, gotchya 😀 Okay so I just came across this.... http://norfolk.craigslist.org/for/1676265992.html onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; ooooh 100 dollars... it looks like a real xpole? should I be afraid and STAY AWAY?? Email the seller and ask for close-up shots of the rubber on the dome, and of the base plate. Real X-Poles have clear-grayish rubber and X's inscribed on two sides of the base - fake ones have black rubber and/or are missing the X's. Also keep in mind that's an original X-Pole, so it's going to be top-loading and has the joints that screw together (you can see it in the picture with the extension in it). And the seller said they are missing the instructions and DVD - but we can help you with putting it up. 🙂 Veena did a video on it at one point, too.
