where can i find the names and pics of moves. honestly i read all the moves that everyone is doing or wants to do and i have no idea what they look like....i know, i know, what kind of poler am I. the answer, not a good one..lol not yet at least... Darien

Don't feel too bad. There are sooo many different names for the same move out there even I get confused!! Nobody (that I know of) has a glossary of all the moves and all the different names for them. I have had some request for a moves glossary so I'll be working on that soon. It wont be up for awhile yet though. 🙁
I've been working on one myself, but it's a big task. The closest thing we have at the moment is on the PoleJunkies forum, there's also a good one on the Vibe forum

yeah there are so many different names. redke71 has posted a few videos with moves and some of their common names- from beginner pole moves to intermediate-advanced pole moves.. you could check those out to give you an idea of some names! 😜
Yes, I also heard that Fleurthefrenchchat was also working on a video dictionary of moves as well.
ya I find it frustrating to have so many diffrent names for the same moves it can be confusing i have tried to find a name index of all moves, but so far no luck if i come across anything will let you know 🫡
Don't feel bad I have been interesting in pole dance for almost a year now and I just recently started figuring out the names of some moves! Veena's lessons are really good and she names a lot of the holds and spins and she breaks everything down very nicely so I highly recommend buying them they've helped me tremendously!
Like I said in my earlier post, I have been working on one and I am currently looking for photos of the moves. So please if you have any photos of pole moves could you contact me and I would love to use the photos in the catalogue

Here are my 2 where to find questions 1 where can i find a website that sells really large moirrors i tried amazon but i mean not skinny tall or med size wall mirrors i need 1 big mirror can prop against wall so can rid self of 6 7 smaller mirrors 2 where can i find a website w ideas for a "sexy" photoshoot? friend and i want to take pics ( her for her hubby, me for self to look at when 70 😉 ) as far as poses, prop ideas, location ideas ect thanks for any help

Hi...Lola has created a website. http://www.wikipole.org. It's great. If you go to the move directory she lists all of the moves with picture...most of them atleast. Hope this helps!
