what to wear?

It depends on the competition. I have seen shoes on and off. Most of what I see are some sort of embellished bikinis or bra/panty sets. I would think it also would depend on your music with your outfit matching the music.

It all depends on what look you're going for. You can wear anything you want as long as it allows you to do the moves you want to do. I mostly see (as stated above) bedazzled shorts and sports bras or bikini tops. Sometimes super sweet ass monokinis. Sometimes shoes, sometimes not. It all depends.

i have to wear heels (thats their rules, not mine) && i need to figure out some sort of outfit... ugg! i really don't wanna ruin my good pole shorts with "bedazzleness" lol! i have one pair i LOVE & they are discontinued now so i'll have to try to find another pair to decorate or maybe some that are already cute... thanks for the help girls 😀

Like the girls said above it really depends on the competition. Some comps have compulsory rounds which require basic functional clothing. For this i would suggest the new PoleFit line from http://www.badkittyexoticwear.com or http://www.badkittypolewear.com. If you are looking for something sparkling or blingy then take a peek at some of the exotic wear and sets. Alot of the girls will layer a basic under one of these to be a little flashy.
