What pole finish do you like best

So I attend a class where they use platinum stages in stainless steel, and I have a xpole xpert at home in chrome. Am wanting to buy a new pole for home as I currently have a 50mm and want a 45mm. What do it buy? Am not a very stick person so use a lot of grip products. I always though stainless steal were gripper but recently been told that chrome is. It's hard to gauge witch I find is sticker because of the size differnce, I can grip easier on my chrome but not sure if that due to it been bigger. Has anyone tried both in same size? What do post comps use?

SS can Chrome can be pretty close in feel for a lot of dancers. Most competitions use chrome. You can learn to work with any finish really, so it depends on your goals, my personal favorites are Powder coated and xpole brass because I love a lot of grip and both PC and brass are pretty grippy right away so there isn't time spent on trying to warm my pole to use it. If you like SS and chrome stick with it and try the smaller 45. :)
