I usually go for a bit of Goldfrapp (anything from black cherry or supernature) and Asobi Seksu (citrus), they are fun, upbeat and energetic. Radiohead's how to disappear completely is lovely for slower stuff, as is goldfrapp's pilots or utopia.
Totally agree with goldfrapp strict machine is a great one to dance to. I like lots of different kinds of music to pole to. Rock can be really sexy and dirty to pole to,rnb usually has good beats and i like a bit of electro like goldfrapp as well. Some good songs i like to pole to include muse- supermassive black hole NERD- lapdance Rihanna- pon de replay AC/DC- rock n roll train Aerosmith- love in an elevator/pink/ragdoll Def leppard- pour some sugar on me 50 cent - candyshop prince - cream Evenesance -wake/call me when your sober linkin park - new divide velvet revolver- slither/gavedancer i could go on forever,anything by pussycat dolls and britney usually works with pole routines as well,but its personal preference at the end of the day i really like rock songs personally.
