What is this invert method called?

So I have two questions: 1) is there a name for this? 2) any prep ideas or tips for it? From what I've observed, it seems like this invert should be performed "sideways" (as in the video) - i.e. you tip sideways for the rotation to get hips above head, not backwards as with a basic invert (if that makes sense...?) Any other insight? I do find starting from the floor (on me knees) helps quite a bit.
