http://youtu.be/OvRdRxIg4eA Pink Puma at APFA -- she does the move at 0:50 on spin mode... I really want to get comfortable in this move - but I'd like to know what it's called! I looked all over Poledancedictionary and couldn't find it.. Any ideas? Thanks!

It looks about the same as the Oona split- she goes into it after she switches her hands a bit, actually. I don't know if that kind of pole mount has a name, though.

I think it's called the "U-bend" or "U-turn". There are several variations to this move that probably all have different names ... maybe someone else knows more :-)

She's lifting off and then goes into a hummingbird. U-bend is when you bring the outside leg over to join the foot already on the pole - http://youtu.be/mAGBlAp0JqM I never know what the 'official' term for that is, I just call it side mount for my own personal reference! Would like to know what it is known as though!
Pantera does this all the time. I know there was a discusstion about this a while back...I will try to find it. BTW....here is Pantera: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=holxnaB7LQw&feature=fvsr She does it about 3:15 but it is totally worth watching this whole 4 minutes of badassery.
