What height of shoe do you wear?

Just wondering what size heel most of you wear? I started with 6 inch heels and am wanting to move up to 7 or 8 inches. can you tell a big difference between 6 and 7 or 8 inch heels? Thanks! :)

@chasitydbe. I have carpet so I normally use tape on the bottoms of my shoes to make them slippery :)
