What happened to X-Pole (UK)

OK, I know they had (or still have) some problems with their poles and were not able to take orders or ship them. I want to order an extension (750) for my X-pert and I tried to contact them. It has been over a week and I already sent them 2 requests, they are not answering :( Are they still in business or did something bad happen to them? Usually they have been responding really fast.
