Ok, so... I got my pole set up and was trying to practice my pole sits (which are very painful.. Ugh) and now later on, I have these little reddish spots on my thighs. I can't define wether they are sore or hurting, if that makes sense hehe. I'm just curious if this is a cute version of bruising or is it pole burn or...? I'm lost lol Anyone? Thanks<3

We call that "pole burn"...you're officially a pole dancer 🥂 Pretty soon where you get all the pole burn. your thighs will just feel a little rougher than usual...lol.
Ohhhh hehe :] Thanks for the info, I'm absolutely in love with poling. My boyfriend didn't feel like helping me move the room around a bit today so I'm in the corner with the desk... 😐 I slipped into a backhook spin?? And nearly bonked my noggin on a wooden desk 😲 We're rearranging tomorrow so for now I'm just pole sitting and slinking and such hehe ^^. I'm so happy I did this.
