well After 4 years and 2 babies................I'M BACKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK :) missed you guys and look forward to meeting all the people i haven't yet. totally can't wait to start sharing progress videos again.

I would love to see your progress videos, I am starting back over after 2 years off the pole, there are so many amazing polers on here from beginner to advance, good luck with your pole journey..
I'm recently back to pole too! I took off a few years but now I'm relearning everything!

My last videos from 4yrs ago were where i left off. It took a year to get to that point. And im on a week or so of restarting lol im so weak!

Welcome back! I was off the pole for 2 years, too. When I started to pick it up again, somehow I took up aerial silk and lyra, too, yikes!
I need to get started again... I have had 2 surgeries this year. Jan 9th and may 11th. I had my tailbone removed in the last surgery and I am just getting to the point I can sit for a while with a cushion. First chiropractic appt is monday. Hoping he can adjust me so I can move a little less stiffly and I will feel comfortable doing some stretching and light conditioning for starters. I was working handspring to brass monkey when I left off. I can't wait to get back to it. I have been able to a cross ankle or hooked leg recline for almost 2 yrs because of all of this so I'm really hoping with it go e I can get back to working on those types of moves /combos soon. Would love some motivation! I don't know much about posting progress videos or anything like that yet and I have instagram but don't have a clue how to us it! Any tips welcome!

Felicia I haven't posted a video in a few years, I use to record myself with movie maker and then when I was ready to post it I would get on this site then go to upload video this should take you to your brows download and click on the video then post,

Ab101bab, welcome back and congrats on your little ones!!!! Feliciajean, welcome back too! Tailbone removed wow! Wishing you a speedy recovery! Mystical is right it's pretty easy to post videos and pics here. If you use a phone it's super easy.
Yes Veena it's been a long road. Before my first surgery I was teaching two beginner level classes on sat and attending extreme classes 1-2x per week. When I finally healed just enough I went back to my class for 2 weeks before I found out I had to have another surgery to remove the tailbone and I'm just starting to think about getting back to it now again. Hard to go from 3 days per week for 2 yrs to nothing 8 months :/ I need to rebuild All my strength. Which used to be a source of prude so it hurts to not be able to climb the way I could or do pull-ups with ease. All in time I guess.
