It is a site with a few pros like Michelle Stanek and Natasha Wang. You can submit videos and the pros will critic the video for you. It does cost money. Their FB site was doing a weekly challenge with Michelle.
WeFly has a page on FB where they announce their monthly challenges (each month has a different "guru"). Then there is a winner chosen each month that gets feedback from the guru for free. I do the challenges through the FB page, but haven't done anything that involves paying money. So you don't have to pay to take part :)
