I mostly wanted to tell someone other than my dogs, my video camera and my fiance-- I DID MY FIRST SHOULDER MOUNT TODAY! It came out of nowhere!! And afterwards, I did the single most embarassing on-video squealy dance, but that one probably isn't a first. Just when I thought I was hitting a wall... Any other amazing firsts this weekend? 😀

I got my shoulder mount two days ago! I did like, 10 of them to make sure I had it, and my shoulder is soooo sore.

Congratulations guys! not quite in the same category, but today was the first time I was able to climb more or less smoothly to the ceiling :D
Congrats thats a HUGE accomplishment! After The last 2 weeks In Class not even Being able to even lift my feet off The ground when attempting shouldermount, In Class today i was able to do The beginnings of shouldermount-pulling my knees up to my Chest, holding It for a few seconds & bringing my legs back down controlled. This was a BIG step for me. AND i did It not once but 3x. I was so stoked. Then of course i got home & tried & no go. Oh well, i enjoyed my brief moment of glory anyway...
