I purchased a subscription via my phone and was hoping that I could watch them via laptop so I could practice easier. When I log in it says I need to subscribe, even if I use the same credentials to log in on the website. Can anyone give me any assistance on if it's possible?

In order to access the lessons on the website you need to purchase here on the website. Buying the app just gives you access to the app, hence the low price. Buying here on the website also gives you access to the app and here you also have the ability to leave a comment for me on any lesson if you need help. 😊

This answer was assuming you purchased the app and not on the phone from the website. If that's the case use the contact link for help. Also make sure your using the correct email address. Sometimes people forget which one they used.
Thanks. Yes I purchased on the app. I didn't know about the website until after but it makes sense now. I'll just have to use my phone then but would have liked access to both.
