hello im 8 months pregnant living in houston wanting to buy a used xpert or xpole to get back in shape after having my baby next month. been looking online for a used pole but have had no luck my emails mailto:[email protected] if you have one looking to sale please let me know.

hi huni, so glad ur lookin to take up pole once ur baby is born, one thing i would advise is that once your baby is born before u jumo straight into pole u need 2 give ur body time 2 heal after being pregnant and giving brth also you would be better 2 go and see your doctor before u start poling just 2 make sure ur body is ready for it especially after being pregnant and giing birth as u dont want 2 put 2 much strain on yourself or your body, most pole instructors would suggest waiting until 8-12weeks after giving birth before starting to do pole. hope this info helps hun. xx
thanks very much. and i am im just gonna slowly but gradually work my way into it. i want to get a pole soon so i can already have it set up in my home. i appreciate the feed back

your welcome huni, better 2 help a fellow poler than hear of them hurtimng themself or their body especially after having a baby huni. once u start ul never wwant to stop, lol. its great for toning up especially after haing a baby 🙂 just thought i wouold give u advice huni, only know this as my old instructor is pregnant and shes waitin til at least 12 wks after giving birth 2 start classes again bt think she only doin 1 night a week until she ets back into it again and once her body gets use 2 doin pole fitness after a 9mnth break, lol. looking forward 2 seein loads of vids and pics once u start :) xxxx
Sure will I may begain to upload vids now till end of pregnancy to see how my body changes. Also to get advice on poling. [:
